Isuzu 4,000 liters combined vacuum jetting truck is designed with high efficiency, safety and flexibility as the core concept, and is specially designed for pipeline dredging and desilting operations under complex working conditions. The vehicle is based on the Isuzu KV100 chassis, equipped with an Isuzu 4KH1CN6LB engine and an MSB 5-speed gearbox, with strong power and stable control. The upper body adopts a double tank design of 3 cubic sewage tank and 1 cubic clean water tank, equipped with a Weilong vacuum pump and an imported high-pressure water pump to achieve the coordinated operation of sewage suction and high-pressure flushing. The double power take-off buttons in the cab, the manual hydraulic valve and the right rear control box constitute a triple operation system, which supports one-button switching of the operation mode, and the dual hydraulic and electrical guarantees ensure operational flexibility and reliability. I.  Chassis configuration

The Isuzu KV100 combination sewer jetting truck is modified based on the Isuzu KV100 chassis, equipped with an Isuzu 4KH1CN6LB engine (120HP), matched with an Isuzu MSB 5-speed gearbox, and a wheelbase of 3360mm. It has strong power and flexible control, and is suitable for complex urban road conditions.

II. Upper structure

★ Tank design

• Split tank: 3 cubic sewage tanks + 1 cubic clean water tank, independent compartment design, to meet the dual needs of sewage suction and clean water flushing.

• Material: high-quality carbon steel (optional stainless steel), anti-corrosion and anti-rust, extending service life.

★ Core device

• Weilong vacuum pump: efficient sewage suction, with secondary filter to intercept large particles of impurities, to protect the stable operation of the equipment.

• Italian HPP high-pressure water pump: combined with high-pressure water gun hose reel, strong flushing ability.

• Sewage window: real-time observation of the liquid level in the tank to avoid overflow.

• Ladder: foldable ladder on the side of the tank for easy maintenance.

• Pipeline box: Store high-pressure pipes and accessories to keep the work site clean.

• Tailgate discharge valve: Quickly empty the sewage tank and support continuous operation.

• Hose reel: Equipped with a high-pressure water gun reel, support remote flushing, and flexibly respond to different working conditions.

III. Operation control system

★ Dual power take-off independent control button

1. Position: Independent buttons are set on the left and right sides of the steering wheel, with clear markings and intuitive operation.

2. Function:

• Left button (sewage tank control): One-click start/stop of the Weilong vacuum pump, and cooperate with the secondary filter to efficiently suck sewage to prevent impurities from entering the pump body.

• Right button (clean water tank control): Start/stop the imported high-pressure water pump, provide 16-20MPa high-pressure water jet, and powerfully dredge the pipeline.

• Advantages: The two systems operate independently and do not interfere with each other. For example, there is no need to turn off the cleaning function when pumping sewage, which improves work efficiency.

★ Manual hydraulic operation valve (driver side)

Function identification:

• Back Over Close/Open: Control the closing and opening of the rear flap of the sewage tank to ensure sealing or quickly empty the sewage.

• Tank Body Decline/Lift: Adjust the tank body angle through the hydraulic system to adapt to the operation requirements of different depths or angles.

• Operation method: Knob-type design, sensitive hydraulic response, complex movements can be completed with one hand, reducing the operation intensity.

★ Rear control box (right rear side):

1. High-pressure flushing system

• Hydraulic Jetting Pipeline Close/Open: One-button control of the high-pressure pipeline to avoid water pressure leakage caused by misoperation.

• Hose Reel Release/Retract: The electric hose reel automatically retracts and releases, supports hose lengths of more than 10 meters, and is suitable for long-distance operations.

• Hose Reel Rotation (Clockwise/Counterclockwise): Adjust the reel rotation direction through the control box knob, flexibly adjust the hose angle, and avoid entanglement.

2. Auxiliary function control

• Buzzer Switch: Turn on the buzzer during operation to warn surrounding personnel to pay attention to safety and avoid accidental injury by high-pressure water jets.

• Pneumatic Valve Switch: Control the opening and closing of pneumatic valves, such as the tank sealing valve, to ensure that the tank is completely sealed during sewage extraction.

• Electronic Throttle/Switch: The electronic throttle accurately adjusts the engine speed to match different operating loads (such as low speed energy saving when light load, high speed boost when heavy load).

IV.  Operation coordination and safety design

★. Dual system linkage logic

• Priority control: The sewage tank and the clean water tank power take-off are backups for each other. If one side fails, the other side can still operate independently.

• Safety interlock: When the rear cover of the tank is not closed (Back Over Open state), the vacuum pump cannot be started to prevent sewage leakage.

★. Hydraulic and electrical redundancy design

• Manual hydraulic valve: When the electrical system fails, basic operations such as tank lifting and rear cover opening and closing can still be completed through the manual valve on the driver's side.

• Electronic throttle dual mode: supports automatic cruise and manual adjustment to cope with complex working conditions (such as automatic boost when climbing).

★. Warning and emergency system

• Buzzer + warning light: automatic linkage during operation, providing double warning at night or in noisy environments.

• Emergency stop button: There are red emergency stop buttons on the right rear control box and the cab, which can cut off all power output with one click.
