On June 23, 2025, an Isuzu NPR cargo truck mounted 5tons XCMG crane slowly drove out of the CEEC factory and has now arrived at the Shanghai Port Terminal and will be shipped to the Philippines by sea. This vehicle is a boom crane truck replaced by a construction company in the Philippines for its construction project. After browsing our CEEC website, the customer was very interested in our boom crane truck and decided to purchase the vehicle after communicating with us.

Here are the details of the Isuzu NPR 5T boom crane truck:
Isuzu 700P 5-ton boom crane truck is an efficient engineering vehicle that integrates transportation and lifting functions. It adopts Isuzu's mature chassis technology and is equipped with XCMG's high-performance crane system. It is suitable for multiple fields such as construction, logistics, and municipal administration, realizing the integrated operation of "transportation + lifting" and greatly improving work efficiency.

Chassis and power system
• Chassis structure: Based on the Isuzu 700P single-row cab chassis, the wheelbase is 5200mm, providing good driving stability and adapting to complex road conditions in urban roads and construction sites.
• Power configuration: Equipped with a 4HK1-TCG61 diesel engine with a maximum power of 190 horsepower, matched with an MLD 6-speed gearbox, the power output is strong and smooth, and fuel economy is taken into account.

Cargo box size
• Cargo box specifications: 6400×2130×500mm, made of high-strength steel, with anti-slip patterns on the bottom of the cargo box, strong carrying capacity, and can meet the transportation needs of various goods such as building materials and equipment.

Crane system
• Lifting capacity: equipped with XCMG SQS125-4 straight arm crane, with a maximum lifting capacity of 5 tons, a maximum lifting height of 12 meters, a working radius of 11 meters, and a lifting torque of 12.5T·M, suitable for small and medium-sized lifting operations.
• Operational performance: 360° full rotation design, wide operating range; equipped with 2 hydraulic outriggers to enhance operating stability; manual hydraulic operating levers on both sides, precise control of lifting and outrigger movements, easy operation.

Working principle
The lifting function of the Isuzu 700P straight arm crane truck is based on the hydraulic system, and its working process is as follows:
1. Power transmission: The engine drives the hydraulic pump to convert mechanical energy into pressure energy of hydraulic oil.
2. Hydraulic control: The hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder and motor through the control valve to drive the extension, amplitude change and rotation of the crane arm, and the lifting and lowering of the hook.
3. Outrigger support: During operation, the hydraulic outriggers extend to increase the support area, prevent the vehicle from tilting, and ensure safety.
4. Manual operation: The operator precisely controls the operation of the boom, hook, and outriggers through the hydraulic joystick.
